Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Coffee orders are roasted to order. We currently roast on Monday to Friday (weekdays) and most orders received by 8am (Central Time, US) will be roasted the same day. The exception may be for coffee(s) that is only roasted on specific days (which will be noted on the product page) or in periods of high volume of orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders containing ONLY coffee, we offer free shipping for orders over $60. If you order contains ANY non-coffee items (ex: brewing equipment, t-shirt) then shipping charges will be calculated for the non-coffee items, even if the order total is over $60.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier (USPS, UPS).
International Shipping
Due to heavy delays and increased costs we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@greatergoodsroasting.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can only ship to P.O. boxes using the US Postal Service. UPS does not provide shipping to these addresses.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns for non-coffee and tea products up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. You are responsible for the cost of returning shipping. We do not offer returns of gift cards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@greatergoodsroasting with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
